BananaTyping is a small side project: a clean, browser-based typing speed test built for practice and fun. It is open source and free to use or fork.

The UI and flow are heavily inspired by modern minimal typing tests like Monkeytype. BananaTyping is not affiliated with them; it is an independent hobby implementation with its own stack and features.

BananaTyping uses local storage to save your settings. We do not collect any personal data or track your typing habits. Your speed and accuracy data remain purely local to your device. Enjoy typing freely!
